Brittany Brzek
I approach counseling with compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s lived experience. My work is grounded in cultural humility and the conviction that healing happens in relationships where people feel genuinely seen, heard, and affirmed.
Diversity is not deviation — it is part of what makes us human. Our identities, neurotypes, cultures, and ways of moving through the world are not problems to fix, but expressions of humanity. Too often, systems of care have misunderstood, pathologized, or erased the very ways people exist and experience the world. In our work together, I aim to offer something different: a space of belonging, curiosity, and empowerment.
You are the expert of your own experience. I am here to walk alongside you. Whether you are exploring identity, navigating burnout or masking, healing from trauma or religious harm, working through relationship challenges, managing life transitions, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, I aim to support you with thoughtful care and evidence-based practices. My commitment to transparency and adaptability means open communication and tailoring interventions, modalities, resources, and the therapeutic environment to attune with your needs and values.
In the therapeutic setting, I show up as a real person — engaged, reflective, and authentic — and invite you to do the same. My hope is that our work together helps you cultivate self-trust, resilience, and a deeper sense of alignment in your life. It takes courage to seek therapy and to be vulnerable with another person. Through our intentional collaboration, we honor that inner strength by fostering greater self-understanding and the confidence to inhabit your life with authenticity, integrity, and self-compassion
